A certificate of attendance is issued following the Annual Congress on completion of the evaluation form which is sent via email to each delegate. Delegates may request a certificate of attendance up to six months following an Annual Congress, after this time a certificate will not be issued, it is the responsibility of the delegate to make sure they receive their certificate of attendance within the stated time.

Abstracts:  abstract submission is now open and will close on 19 July

Feedback:
Your course certificate will be issued upon receipt of feedback.

BOFAS members qualify for reduced registration rates. If you are a BOFAS member click here to register

EFAS members are entitled to receive the same discount on the registration fee as BOFAS members. If you are a member of EFAS but not of BOFAS, please register and pay the non-member rate and email us to arrange a refund of the difference.

Gala dinner:

The gala dinner will be held on the evening of Thursday 14th November. If you wish to attend please select this option when booking. This can be booked on registration
