Foot & Ankle Surgery - Associate Editor

The Editors of Foot and Ankle Surgery wish to update you that the Journal is advertising for a new Associate Editor.  The President has asked me to kindly request that you update your members so that interested EFAS members can apply for this position.
 
The details for the role of Associate Editor of Foot and Ankle Surgery is as follows;
 
FOOT AND ANKLE SURGERY’ SEEKS ASSOCIATE EDITOR:
The European Foot and Ankle Society is seeking an Associate Editor for their prestigious Journal, Foot and Ankle Surgery. The position is open to anyone currently reviewing for the Journal and would be suitable for an EFAS member with wide experience in foot and ankle pathology who may be a practising surgeon with considerable experience in the speciality. A background in research, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, since the Journal is an English-language Journal, is essential.
 
The successful candidate will work with the current editorial team of Michael Stephens (Editor), Nicola Maffulli (Associate Editor) and Martinus Richter (Associate Editor) and with the Publisher, Elsevier.

The closing date for applications is Friday, January 16th, 2015.

Short-listed candidates will be notified of whether or not they are required to attend an interview for the position. If interviews are held, they are likely to take place during the EFAS Winter Council Meeting in February, 2015, but details will be confirmed.
