PROCESS DESCRIPTION When clinic letter noting waiting list entry is typed, secretary to registers patient online
On day of surgery, preop data is checked by elective liason sister and 6/12 op,
when PROMS are recorded. Repeated at 12 months postop.
Started using amplitude and pro 1 for private patients with experience of
patients not filling out PROM scores.
First patient entered Sept 2015
NHS hospital Trust
Standardised Operating Protocol (SOP) developed for data administration.
