The British Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society (BOFAS) is a registered charity dedicated to the management of and research into problems affecting the foot and ankle. Medical conditions of the foot and ankle are common affecting children as well as adults and can be extremely disabling. There has been considerable progress in the treatment of these conditions but much more needs to be done and research is ongoing. You may have benefited from the skill of a Foot & Ankle surgeon.
