BOFAS 2025 November Registration will open on 1st June 2025.

BOFAS FULL Members will get an email invitation to register (please only use this link).
Trainees who are presenting will get an email in due course offering a discounted rate once their abstract is accepted.

For everyone else (including Associate/Affiliate members) link to registration will be available once registration opens.

General Registration (for Non-Members / Associate Members / Trainees / AHPs / Retired members / Affiliate members)
Trainee Presenting (only for those Trainees who have received an email accepting work as a podium presentation or poster presentation)

Registration options:

BOFAS Full Member

A link will be emailed directly to BOFAS Full members to receive a discounted registration fee.

BOFAS Associate / Affiliate Members

Non-Member (Consultant)

Non-Member (Fellow / Trainee / AHP)

Exhibitor

Complimentary passes will be available with stand packages.
Outside of these you will need to register as an Exhibitor

Speakers

BOFAS member - register as usual using the link emailed
Non-member - a link will be provided to you by the events team.

Podium / Poster Presenters

The presenting author will be sent an email with a ‘Trainee Presenting’ link which is a complimentary registration on the day of presentation (Wednesday only in the case of poster presentations).

This is only available to one author of each paper/poster.
Any additional authors wishing to attend will need to register using normal registration process.
